Stalker Lady

I know I am suppose to be writing a blog for English 101, but I have been sitting here thinking of what to say an nothing has came to me yet. I am in the open lab at Tri-County and I keep watching all of these funny people. I know they have no idea that I have been watching them for all most a whole hour. I guy beside me seems nice. I don't know who he is, as a matter of fact, I have never met him in my whole life, but he looks at me every few minutes and smiles. Maybe he is bored too. I know that if I say "hi" he will think I am an idiot because I am sick and sound like a frog with mud in its mouth. A lot of people are on facebook. One girl is looking at baby pictures, and she must be blind. The reason I am saying this is becasue she is sitting with her face two inches from the computer screen. If she isn't blind now she will be in a few years!!! A girl I went to high school with is sitting behind me. We never talked and she actually graduated a year or two before I did so I don't really know her that much. I hope no one catches me watching these people!!! If someone does I'm sure everyone will think I am a stalker. Well I guess that this moment I kind of am I stalker. Another hour and twenty minutes to sit here and do absolutly nothing with my time. I wanna shoot myself in the foot just to get some excitment around here. Okay, I'm done with my really crappy blog!!! Sorry Mrs. Smith! I promise to do bettter next time.

Sims

I am such a dork. I have to admit that I am completely in love with the games Sims. To me it is basically like playing barbies, but on a computer. You get to control things and make people fall in love, get jobs, have pets, have children, and much more. I mean really... who doesn't want to have everything and always be in control. I like to build the houses and businesses. My friend Justin and myself would always find two houses that were the exact same and put twenty minutes on the clock and take turns seeing who could make the house look better. Then we would judge the house by using my family members. Have a lot of extension packs and I know a lot of different cheat codes. I don't always use cheat codes because I like making my Sims work hard and earn what they have. I use to stay up all night playing when I first got the game. Now I am a little more relaxed about it. I know I might sound a little crazy but it is fun and a little addicting.   

I Love Camping

One of my favorite things to do is go camping. I  like going to sleep every night hearing the crickets outside the tent. I am one of those people that would rather sleep in a tent rather than a camper. my favorite part is putting the tent up because I do it by myself. Everyone thinks that they know what they are doing but it gets on my nerves when they do it wrong so I do it alone. This Thursdays after school I am going camping for the first time this year. I made my family go get reservations because I was very angery that we had not went at all. We go to the Corp of Engineers camps because we get our own place to swim instead of having to swim with all the other people at state parks. I know it is too cold to go swimming but that is fine with me. I just like going for the peace and quiet. Once my family left me by myself to put everything up alone while everyone went to the store for food. It was great because it got dark and I just lie in the tent looking up thru the trees. I can't wait for the weekend. It is going to be so wonderful because my boyfriend is going with us for the first time.

Christopher Columbus

Okay, So my History 201 teacher wants the class to write a paper on Christopher Columbus. When I got the assignment I was happy out of my mind. "This is gonna be so easy!!!" I thought to myself while finding the web site he wanted us to use. When I got to it my mouth dropped. It has like a million paragraphs written by Columbus in the form of a journal. I am exaggerating about the size... but only a little. Some random dude decided it would be a great idea to rewrite the journals in English so other people could read them.(Umm who really wants to read this in their down time??? Just sayin...). Well I'm sure you are aware that when something is translated it loses part of its meaning. I did listen some in high school! So as I'm reading this thing I not only starting thinking what am I going to write about but mostly what the heck is this dude saying. The way the write the time is ridicules. 

Example: 2 o'clock 

Finally, pretty much the whole class was like "what????". So he decided to extend the date which is great! The journal dates go from September to March, and I have'nt even gotten past October yet. This is by far one of the hardest things I have ever tried to write about. In the long run... I'm sure this will help me some day. (The writting strategy... not the journals! Why the heck do I need to know that???) So my advice to you is: If you are majoring as a lab technician DON'T take history just for the heck of it!!! Did I mention the class starts at 8 o'clock in the morning?
